Where brands, artists and technology meet.
NECESSITY.INK is an artist-led creative studio and boutique agency founded by data artist Tiziana Alocci. We develop commercial collaborations, installations, curated commissions and training programmes that turn data, sound and emerging technologies into meaningful cultural experiences.
Tiziana’s research informs the studio’s experimental methodology; NECESSITY translates that sensibility into commissioned work for brands, agencies and cultural institutions.

It depends on the scope. Small prototypes or exploratory projects typically take 1–3 weeks, while larger projects such as reporting systems, campaigns or installations usually take 4–12 weeks. More complex collaborations or product development can extend beyond that timeline.
-
The easiest way is to complete the brief builder or book a short call with our team. We’ll review your idea, clarify the scope and recommend the most suitable approach for your project.

We can help you sense-check the concept, evaluate the technical feasibility and build a prototype to demonstrate the idea before committing to full production. -
Yes, rapid prototyping is often the best way to explore a concept before committing to a full project. We regularly develop proof-of-concept prototypes for internal presentations, pitches and early product exploration.
